Three days in Disney Land rocked! Mick and I wish we had signed up for a forth. Early mornings, late nights, children passed out on every available shoulder or stroller. Princesses, parades, Disney characters, Mickey ears, tea cups and all the rides- it was magical. Many, many MANY more pictures and stories to come!
Sneak peak: "Mom, I don't even need a drivers license because I already know how to drive"- Aspen after riding Autopia.
Today was much needed down time. Mission Beach in San Diego was the destination. Finally got some long desired sand between my toes, smelled the ocean, played in the sand and surf with the ladies and soaked up a Pacific sunset. Listening, watching and enjoying pure happiness on the beach with Aspen and Liberty was priceless. The hours passed so quickly.
Next stop: Sea World and San Diego Zoo... just after all our money is spent getting grinding brake pads replaced- CURSES!
Why can't everyday be like vacation?
Return to real life might be a shocker.
Sounds like a fabulous time!! One of my all time favorite places on earth - Enjoy the sand between your toes...you are right vacation ends way too quickly!!
ReplyDeleteThe pictures didn't come up..

ReplyDeleteHow come you always get to go on vacation??? Your girl's weekends sound fabulous! Disneyland, take me away.
ReplyDeleteYou'll need a VACATION once you get home from this one :) Isn't that the way it always goes, but sooooo worth it. All those memories :)
