My seven year old is as tall as my sternum. She is tall, smart, social, sassy, and helpful!
I love her just the way she is.

We had grandmas, grandpas, aunt and uncles over to celebrate the day. Dad decorated her a special high school musical cake. She loved it. I put the #7 candle on backwards. Was I thinking- I think not!
Her favorites at seven:
Color: Pink
Food: Lasagna- I suppose I should make it more often.
School subject: Reading with recess as a close tie if you consider it a subject.
Activity: Bike riding
Family fun: Sleep overs with dad
She had her school friends over for a girly party.
We made cute hair bows (purple, because it was her favorite color when she was six), played all the queens jewels, pin the jewel on the crown, and had cupcakes and bubble gum ice cream. It was a mad house! screaming screaming and more screaming.
Aspen requested I make cupcakes for the all the kids in her class, since the boys weren't invited to the party. I obliged with mint chocolate. They were delicious, or so I hear, and a big hit with the boys! We went with the snow/Christmas theme.
It was a party for four days straight!

What a beautifully done cake! And absolutely gorgeous cupcakes too! What a lucky seven year old, parties for four days...it should make the princess feel like a queen!!!
