Last Day of School Sweetness

Returning home from work, I found a package of loveliness lying on the counter awaiting transport.

A greasy pink glittery lipstick coated lined paper was folded in half, addressed to Aspen's teacher and taped onto a bread bag. Never mind vibrant perfume and colorful goodness of white and purple lilac blooms- only the plants symmetrical green leaves were arranged neatly, flatly and twist tied inside a cellophane of appreciation for a favorite teacher.

Is it possible that Mrs. Simmons appreciated this as much as I did?

  1. I think it's things like that that really make it worth it for teachers. So cute! If only they would keep that mentality through high school =)
