1. Calorie burning, cold sweat, sprinting trips to the potty (nearly every 10 minutes, some days) that mostly result in false alarms. Just in case I had the urge to sit down instead of doing some sprint training.
2. Concentrating on getting someone to the potty and spending more time in the bathroom leaves less time in the kitchen rummaging around for sugar, chocolate, or a favorite baked goods recipe.
Potty training is turning into a win/win, so why have I not lost pounds yet?

Take it from someone who just went through the dreaded potty training--YOU CAN DO IT! Just keep praying for lots of patience and she'll be potty trained before you know it. It took Brigham about a month do get it totally down and now he's a pro!
