Abbie was listening in her own little way by joyfully playing behind the back couch cushion.
Topic of discussion: The Anti Nephi Lehi's.
The Book of Mormon teaches us that the the Anti Nephi Lehi's chose to bury their swords rather then defend themselves in battle. While Mick and I were in the delicate balance of making this lovely scripture story come alive and keeping it simple by asking the girls what types of swords we can bury, and why we would do it, Mick says to Abbie:
"No pooping back there Chiga"!
We're sure happy Abbie was not considering burying her poop. Or was she?
