Next time I feel the urge to quit running, will someone please remind me how loooooooooooong it takes and how haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaard it is to build back up?

Two weeks of my new running and weightlifting regimen has not gotten me very far. Although I feel great, I was hoping to be better at this by now. A seasoned professional, what with a Half behind my belt and all.
Have no fear, I will carry on.

I actually needed this message today! I am not feeling great and got some really bad news this morning. The first thing I wanted to do was to go get a Coke - but I did not. Staying strong!
