Annie, you could only be so lucky! Maybe I shall record a short video clip for you of my weightlifting skills. It is very funny to see. I will have to gear up for some embarrassment. Stay tuned, I'll see what I can do. As for today. I did the full Clean and Jerk with my new 45lb bar- It felt awesome! I can't wait to keep adding more weight!
