Happy or Sad; it's a toss up

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Abbie is growing up too fast! It is so exciting to see her marvel at life, and expand her abilities each day. On the flip side, Mick and I have discussed in detail how this makes us sooooooooo sad! We want her to stay little forever. I almost saw tears in his eyes as he shrugged his shoulders in sadness tonight when Abbie crawled all too quickly into the girls room seeking a new adventure. I felt his pain. A favorite quote of mine comes from the makers of Carters children's clothing, "If they could just stay little 'til their Carters wear out". If only! I would gladly replace worn out clothes.

Abbie started crawling last Saturday. We got it on film (too large to place here). Everyone was ecstatic. It couldn't possibly be as exciting for most of you, with the exception of Grandma's and Grandpa's, but it serves as a simple reminder of the happy moments in life. We are blessed to have many of them as of late. We hope you all experience similar joys. Abbie's new love- sitting up in the tub!
