Punky Brewster?

Remember Punky?
She used to be my favorite television personalities... when I was young mind you.

Punky always wore crazy-cool socks, shoes and outfits.  Every young girl tried dressing up like Punky at least once, likely unknowingly.

Today's young are no different.

Introducing Punky Perkins, one of my new favorite personalities...
