I Love:
Liberty
Liberty
Miss Liberty is a calm, easy going girl. She has a knack for breaking tension in a room, by cracking a joke, or doing something hilariously funny (as in the above photo). Liberty has the best sense of humor. Because of her age and personality, she says the funniest things.
Liberty and I have had our issues. She hates to listen and would much rather be doing anything else instead. This drives me crazy! Her mind is constantly busy dreaming. With school, I wish she would just focus and soak it all in. Such is not the case. This characteristic is challenging, but I'll take it over other the myriad of other challenges that could exist.
Liberty is a good friend to the boys. We rarely hear her talk about girl friends, or want to have them over to play. She LOVES to play with boys and that is who she wants to spend her play time with. Mick and I love to have cute boys hanging around the house, so it's a win win situation. I would not label her a tomboy because she can play barbies and paint fingernails with the girls just as easily. I think she just gets enough girl associations at home, being that she's stuck in the middle of two.
As a peacemaker and comedian, Liberty holds a vital role in our home. We love her sweet smile and attitude. When she was little we used to ask her "Liberty, why are you such a good kid?", and she would reply "cause I happy". That statement is true to this day. She's a joy to have in our family and I cannot wait to see how her life unfolds. My guess is that she will be a patient, good mother, who enjoys life to the fullest.
Love you Libber Lou!

Oh, how I love that Valentine's photo of her!!!
ReplyDeleteI was reading To Kill a Mockingbird for class and when I got to the part where Scout (hope you've read it?)breaks up the mob because she just starts talking, I pictured Liberty.
ReplyDeleteWe love your girls, thanks for sharing!
She sounds like a wonderful child.
ReplyDeleteWe have a couple who have this same type of personality and they are a joy always.
I love the last picture it is beautiful!
I am laughing so hard, I need to go to the bathroom!! What a cute picture with the extra large pink sweater!!! They even look quite real. Thanks for the morning laugh. It will keep me going all day!

ReplyDeletePretty sad when a girls under the age of 10 have bigger "knockers" than I do!
