I have sinus problems all year long, thats the joy of living in this dry climate. The last time I went to the doctor he told me about this sinus rinse, but not everyone is to keen on putting water on their nose but hey it does work!

ReplyDeleteget simply saline. It is for babies but it works and clears everything out and non habit forming unlike others. maybe you need some doc meds??
