Economic Downturn

This morning at 4:45 I made my way to work...as usual.
I carpool with Jesi and when we got there, the test lab was closed.
Apparently my boss has been laid off and the closed sign on the door was left up since Friday.
So we ventured home. Bonnie from work called and shared the story with me.
I still have a job, for now. I hope it continues. I need it to. Especially now that Mick is not working.
Several testers have had their hours reduced. So far not me. I'm certain it will most likely come.
I hope it doesn't.
Every little bit helps.
I will miss Marina. She has been great to work for. I hope she turns out okay through it all.
Why must we have economic crises?
It affects so many peoples lives.
Is this when we should see crises as an opportunity?
